JUDGMENT S.D. Agarwal and H.C. Mittal, JJ. - Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri T.P. Singh learned counsel for the Respondent No. 2. 2. In view of an order which has been passed in Writ Petition No. 6768, Rajesh Kumar Srivastava v. Principal, Kulbhaskar Ashram Degree College, Allahabad, which is similar to the case of the petitioners, we direct that the opposite parties shall permit the petitioners to appear in the two years degree course examination, which has commenced from 22nd April, 1989 and declare the result of petitioners as well. 3. The petition is disposed of accordingly. It is, however, made clear that in view of our order, no fresh examination shall be held for the petitioners in regard to the two years degree course if they have not appeared, in any paper. 4. A copy of this order may be given to learned counsel for the parties on payment of usual charges today.
