Issue notice to all the respondents returnable on 23.8.1989 Liberty reserved to the Petitioners to file additional grounds and better affidavits, if so, advised. 3. Respondent No. 2 may state in its counter affidavit before the next date of hearing the nature and extent of the control the Central Government has on sports bodies like respondent 1 No. in India. 4.
