JUDGMENT 1. - An application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed in which the petitioner is charged to have committed offence u/S 302 IPC. 2. It is given out by Shri Surana, learned counsel for the petitioner that he is student of Malviya Regional Engineering College and has to appear in four backlog papers of III Year B. E. (4-year course). A photostat-copy of the programme of the examination has been annexed with an application dated July 13, 1989, in which prayer for grant of interim bail from 15.7.89 to 28.7.89 has been made. 3. It is contended by Shri Sharma, learned Public Prosecutor that the Superintendent, Central Jail, Jaipur, may be directed to arrange for escorting the petitioner for appearing in the examination for the four days mentioned in the programme. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to allow the petitioner the facility of interim bail w. e. f. 16.7.89 to 27.7.1989, provided the petitioner Nalin Vilochan Singh furnishes bail bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with two sureties of Rs. 7,500/- each to the satisfaction of the trial court. 5. The petitioner shall report himself before the Central Jail Authorities on 27.7.1989, before 4.00 P.M. *******
