ORDER : W.P. (Crl.) No. 94 of 1989 1. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case and having examined Ms. Harjeet Kaur who is present in the Court and who is major, there will be an order in terms of prayer (i) of the Writ Petition. We quash the FIR No. 568/88 and all subsequent proceedings in case intimated on F.I.R. No. 568/88 under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of ACJM, Kashipur, Disst. Nainital, U.P. 2. If any goods belonging to the petitioners are lying in the police custody, Shalimar Police Station then the same will be returned to the petitioners. 3. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. W.P. (Crl.) No. 95 of 1989 4. In view of the facts and the circumstances of the case the Writ Petition is dismissed.
