JUDGMENT 1. - Petitioner has moved an application for releasing the accused on parole as his wife is likely to undergo operation on 2-8-89 and petitioner will have to look after the ailing wife at Bikaner hospital during and after the operation. Looking to the peculiar facts and circumstances, I am inclined to enlarge accused on prole for a period of one month, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- and two surities of Rs. 10,000/- each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge No. 1 Hanumangarh-Camp-Sangaria. Petitioner shall surrender on the 1st of September, 1989 to the Sub-Jail Hanumangarh.Bail granted. *******
