ORDER : 1. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, we do not find any good reason to take a different view other than that taken by this Court in M/s. Jain Export (P) Ltd. & Anr. v. Union of India & Ors. in C.A. Nos. 2705 and 5383 of 1985 dated 5.5.1985. 2. The Writ Petition is, accordingly dismissed.
