ORDER : 1. Pursuant to our order the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents No. I Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission produced all the answer scripts before this Court. 2. We asked each of the petitioners to come and verify the writing in the said answer scripts and to tell us whether those answer scripts are in their own handwriting; both the petitioners after going through the answer scripts stated before us that those are written by them. We have scrutinised thoroughly the answers of each question and the marks given therein. We are satisfied that the answer scripts of those two petitioner were properly assessed, revalued and the marks given thereon. In these circumstances we do not find any infirmity in the order of the Administrative Tribunal and as such we uphold the findings of the Administrative Tribunal and dismiss the special leave petition.
