JUDGMENT Sh. R.S. Dhawan, J. - Heard the petitioner in person. So far as the challenge to the merits of the recovery proceedings is concerned, we do not find any merit in the same. 2. In the interests of Justice, however, we think it proper that the petitioner may be permitted to pay the amount in four equal instalments. The first instalment be paid by 30-11-1989, the second by 28th February, 1990, the third by 31st May, 1990 and the fourth by 31st August, 1990. 3. The recovery proceedings shall remain stayed initially till 31st October, 1989. In case the petitioner deposits the first instalment, the stay order shall be extended automatically and shall continue to remain extended in case the instalments are deposited within time, as directed by this Court. As soon as any default takes place in payment of any instalment, the stay order shall stand automatically vacated. With the above observations, the petition is disposed of. 4. If any property has been attached in respect of the recovery the said attachment shall continue till the entire amount due from the petitioner paid by him. A copy of this order may be given to learned counsel for the parties on payment of usual charges within two days.
