JUDGMENT 1. - I have gone through the order of the learned Sessions Judge, Udaipur, dated September 6, 1987, acquitting the accused of the charge under section 307 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned Judge has considered the entire evidence on record and has also taken into consideration the fact, that there were as many as 14 injuries on the person of the accused respondent Heera Lal and some of them have been received by sharp-edged weapon and the prosecution has not explained the injuries received by the accused. The approach of the learned Judge cannot be said to be wrong and the finding recorded cannot be said to be adverse or wrong. 2. The application for leave to appeal is hereby dismissed.Application for leave to appeal dismissed. *******
