JUDGMENT 1. - The petitioner is an accused in a murder case. The deceased is her husband and the motive behind murder is illicit relationship between the petitioner and brother-in law, co-accused Amar Chand. On merits of the case, certain arguments have been advanced but at this stage it is not considered proper to discuss the same as it can be said that it is not a case wherein it would be said that conviction of the accused with the case is not made out. 2. However, on the ground that the petitioner is a woman aged about 20 years and having a child, she can be released on bail on appropriate conditions. 3. It is therefore, ordered that the accused-petitioner Mst. Chandra wall be released on bail provided she furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 5000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial court for her appearance before that court on all dates of hearing during the pendency of trial in this case with the condition that she shall not tamper with prosecution witnesses in any manner.Bail granted. *******
