JUDGMENT C. Srivastava and S. H. A. Raza, JJ. - By means of this writ petition the petitioner has prayed that a writ in the nature of mandamus be issued directing the opposite parties not be retire him before attaining the age of 60 years. This matter came before the court in writ petition No. 1333 of 1984 and other connected writ petitions in which it has been held that the age of retirement could be reduced. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. The judgment passed in the writ petitions 1333 of 1984 dated 16th May, 1989 shall form part of this judgment also. In case the petitioner has worked in pursuance of the interim order, passed by the court his pay shall not be realised from him or adjusted from his fund etc. Interim order, if any, is discharged.
