ORDER : 1. By consent the matter is adjourned to 4.4.1989 subject to overnight part-heard. Issue notice to respondents Nos. 2 & 3 mentioning that the matter may be finally disposed of at the notice stage itself. Pending notice, hearing of the defamation suit not to proceed subject to further orders and the operation of the impugned order is also stayed. It is clarified that this order will not, however, preclude any other interim application being disposed of. The parties are at liberty to substitute documents containing typing errors. Liberty to both the parties to file additional papers, if any.
