JUDGMENT 1. This appeal is against the order passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Jodhpur, under Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code as such in view of the provisions of the Act i.e. Section 10 and 18, the appeal filed in criminal side cannot be said to be erroneous.
