JUDGMENT : In CA. No. 4100/89 1. This matter will be taken up separately and be listed on a non miscellaneous day for disposal. In All other CMPs. & Contempt Petition 2. These cases are again adjourned for two weeks at the instance of Additional Solicitor General who says that in view of the fact that the Union Budget is being placed before the Parliament on 19th March, 1990, the relevant Ministry has been keeping busy and it has not been possible to finalise the matter though on the last occasion the Court had directed that the matter should be finalised at the Government level in the meantime and otherwise the matter was to be heard. The matter is adjourned to 30th of March. 1990 by consent of all parties subject to the condition that one more instalment in terms of the Court's order dated 19.12.1989 is released along with the salary of the month of March, 1090 subject to final order of the Court.
