JUDGMENT : 1. There will be a meeting of 177 candidates involved in these applications on 12th February, 1990. The candidates will appear before the Chief Personnel Officer (Admn.) Kharagpur, to enable him to find out the suitability of the applicants for the appropriate jobs to which they are entitled to, to consider them in accordance with the Government notification mentioned earlier. The persons who are coming from outside Kharagapur will be provided Railway passes on their making applications. If necessary the respondents will have their appropriate officers, Administrators and medical examiners as will be necessary. This will be done as quickly as possible. 2. The presence of the Officer is dispensed with. He will be called only as and when directed. 3. List these application for hearing after eight weeks.
