JUDGMENT 1. :- Under Section 11A, Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, the Tribunal has discretion to decide what punishment, in the circumstances of the each particular case, should be made out to the guilty workman. Unless that discretion exercised by the Tribunal is shown to be perverse or illegal, no interference can be made in a writ petition. In view of the above quoted observations of the learned Tribunal, it cannot be said that the discretion exercised by it is either perverse or illegal.Petition dismissed. *******
