JUDGMENT 1. - Heard. It is submitted by Shri S.C. Gupta, learned counsel that from a taxi-jeep in which petitioner was also travelling, a brief-case was found - from the taxi in which 2.650 Kg opium was recovered, which does not belonging to the present petitioner. It is also submitted that he has small kids and there is no other person to look after his family members. 2. It is submitted by learned Public-Prosecutor that the attachi was lying under the feet of the petitioner which indicates that the opium belonged to him. 3. The petitioner was arrested on 6.2.1990 and challan has been filed. 4. Keeping in view the quantity of the opium, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is, therefore, ordered that the accused-petitioner Hansraj S/o Shri Roop Chand Panjabi be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand only) with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial court with the stipulation to appear in that court as and when called upon to do so against him in this case. *******
