JUDGMENT 1. - A number of cases are pending against the petitioner and in seven cases he has been released on bail and now he has applied for grant of bail in these three cases. The cases are related to the theft of electric wires. Large quantity of wire has been recovered from the petitioner. 2. The petitioner appears to be an habitual offender but then the case under section 379, IPC is triable by the Magistrate and the trial is likely to take time. The petitioner has remained in custody for about l1/2 months. He can be released on bail on appropriate conditions. 3. It is, therefore, ordered that the petitioner Bhoori Singh be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial court for his appearance before that court or any other court on all dates of Hearing during the pendency of trial or as and when called upon to do so with the further conditions : (i) that the petitioner shall not go near the area where K.V. line has been irrected; and (ii) that he shall not commit any theft and he shall not keep any electric wire in his possession.
