JUDGMENT 1. - This petition under section 482 Cr. P.C. has been filed by the petitioner to extend the time for executing the bonds of probation and to deposit the amount of fine awarded by the Additional Sessions Judge No. 2. Sri Ganganagar, by the judgment dated June 10, 1988, in Criminal appeal No. 23/86 (Old No. 31/85). 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor for the State. 3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the accused was on bail and he did not receive the communication sent by the counsel about the decision of the appeal, and, therefore, could not execute the bonds in time. He learnt only on March 1, 1990 and immediately rushed to the trial Court but the time had already expired and he could not execute the bonds. 4. Having regard to the circumstances of the case, it would be in the interest of justice that the time granted for execution of bonds of probation and for depositing fine is extended by three months from today. 5. Accordingly the petitioner is granted three months time from today to execute the bonds of probation and to deposit the fine awarded by the Additional Sessions Judge No. 2, Sri Ganganagar by the judgment dated June 10, 1988. The amount of fine when realised, shall be paid to the injured Premsingh, as directed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge. 6. The petition stands disposed of.Petition disposed of. *******
