JUDGMENT B.P. Jeevan Reddy, CJ. and Om Prakash, J. - This writ petition was filed and the interim order was obtained without impleading even a single member who moved the no confidence motion. Indeed one of such members was sought to be initially impleaded as 4th respondent but subsequently his name was scored out before obtaining the interim order. The interim order is liable to be vacated, on this ground only. 2. The writ petition is dismissed. The interim order dated 11-4-1990 is hereby vacated.
