JUDGMENT S.T.Ramalingam, J. : - The learned Public Prosecutor is directed to bring home to the knowledge of the Government the passage reported in Prem Shankar Shukla v. Delhi Administration Prem Shankar Shukla v. Delhi Administration (1980)3 S.C.C. 539 at paragraph 30 wherein the circumstances and conditions under which the undertrial prisoner should be handcuffed is more elaborately stated, for future guidance of the law enforcing agencies. We hope that the directions given by the Supreme Court will be followed hereafter. With this direction the writ petition is ordered accordingly.
