JUDGMENT 1. - Heard.The learned counsel for the petitioners does not wants to press the bail application of the petitioners Jalu Ram, Tara Chand, Babu Lal and Ishwar, as such, their bail application is dismissed. 2. So far as the petitioner Rameshwar is concerned, an interim order was passed in his favour because he happens to be a Government employee. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner Rameshwar is that the incident took place between the two neighbours on a petty matter and he also sustained one injury on his head Further, if he is arrested, he is likely to be suspended, being a Government employee. 3. Taking into consideration of the aforesaid facts especially that the petitioner is a Government employee, I am inclined to make the interim order dated 11.10.90 as absolute. 4. Consequently. I allow the application. The SHO/Arresting Officer, Investigating Officer, Police Station, Sadar, Sikar in F.I.R. No. 10/90, is, therefore, directed that in the event of arrest of petitioner Rameshwar, he be released on bail, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Five thousand) with one surety in the like amount to his satisfaction on the following conditions:- (a) that the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; (b) that the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case, so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court, or to any other police officer; and (c) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the previous permission of the court. Application allowed. *******
