JUDGMENT B.M. Lal, J. - Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the Standing Counsel for the respondents on the question of admission. The petition is admitted. 2. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties the petition is being finally disposed of. 3. The matter is issue in the present writ petition is similar to that of Writ Petition No. 17565 of 1991 wherein this court on 29-7-1991 issued directions that the posts of Block Development Officers despite the fact that the term of their appointment order dated 1-1-1991 came to an end on 30-6-1991, shall continue till further orders. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contends that this order was brought to the notice of the authority concerned but the authority declined the apply to same in the case of the petitioner as the aforesaid order was passed in the case of Ramesh Chandra Dixit v. District Magistrate Bulandshahar and others, (Writ Petition No. 17565 of 1991). 4. Since the matter in issue has been decided by passing an interim order dated 29-7-1991 in the opinion of this court the same order should also be passed in the present case. 5. It is directed that the petitioner shall continue to the post of Block Development Officer notwithstanding the fact that the term of the appointment order dated 1-1-1991 has come to an end on 30th June, 1991, subject to the decision of writ petition No. 17565 of 1991. With these directions this petition is finally disposed of. 6. A certified copy of this order be supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner on payment of usual charges within three days.
