JUDGMENT : 1. Upon notice having been issued on the petitioner's application received by post, respondent 2, Deputy Chief Internal Audit Officer, has filed a counter-affidavit which says that the petitioner's husband belonged to the non-pensional group and at the time of superannuation had been paid all the retiral benefits to which be was entitled to. In such circumstances, no family pension is payable. The petitioner may be informed.
