JUDGMENT M. Katju, J. - The petitioner's husband S. M. Ali died on 8-2-1989 leaving behind the petitioner as his wife and a young daughter. The petitioner has applied for a job but to no avail. 2. In view of the Judgment of the Hon'ble the Supreme Court in Sushma Gowsami Case, petitioner is entitled to get a job. Accordingly, I direct that the petitioner should be given appointment suitable to her qualification by the respondent No. 1 within one month of production of certified copy of this order before the Managing Director, Doorbash Nagar, Rai Bareilly. If necessary, a job will be created to accommodate the petitioner. With these observation the writ petition is finally disposed of.
