Order The petitioner appearing in person submitted that it is a common practice that the persons who are constructing and/or repairing and/or re-modeling their buildings dump debris by the road side and do not take any step to remove it. This causes inconvenience to the public in general. 2. We can take judicial notice of this fact. It is, therefore, ordered that the Ranchi Municipal Corporation on whose behalf Mr. P.K. Prasad is present in court shall publish general notice in local newspaper, asking the persons who have or are constructing and/or repairing and/or re-modeling their buildings and who have damped rubbish by the road side to remove it within a specified time failing which the Corporation shall get it removed and cost of removal will be recovered from the persons concerned. A demand to this effect shall be served on the persons concerned and if it is not received within fifteen days the Corporation shall bring this fact to the notice of this Court. 3. The Registry shall put up that matter for appropriate order. 4. It is also common knowledge that for constructing and/or repairing and/or re-modeling buildings, building materials are kept on the road side causing inconvenience to the public in general. The Municipal Corporation shall also give notice to the effect that a person keeping building materials on the road side shall not be allowed to keep the same for more than a week. If any default is found, appropriate action shall be taken by the Corporation. If the Corporation finds any difficulty in this regard, it may bring this fact to the notice of this Court for appropriate order. 5. The petitioner further submitted that near the Daily Market vegetable and fruit sellers dump garb ages which causes inconvenience to the public in general and also causes air pollution. The Corporation shall find out the ways so that the garb ages dumped there is removed daily in the morning. The Corporation shall inform this Court about the action taken by it in that regard within fifteen days. 6. Let this case be listed after fifteen days. 7. Let a copy of this order be handed over to Mr. R.K. Prasad, and Mr. P.K, Prasad.
