JUDGMENT V.N. Mehrotra, J. - This revision has been filed against the order dated 2.8.88 by the Additional Sessions Judge, Allahabad confirming the conviction of the applicant under Section 325 I.P.C. and sentence of six months. R. I. and fine or Rs. 2,000/- imposed by Ist Additional Munsif Magistrate, Allahabad. During the pendency of the Revision, the injured Mahabir and the applicant Vijai Bahadur Sen, Bachan Lal have prayed for permission to compound the offence. They have also filed a compromise which has been verified by them before the C. J. M. Allahabad. 2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case including the facts mentioned in the affidavit alongwith the application the parties and permitted to compound the offence under Section 325 I.P.C. As the injured as well as e applicant have compounded that offence under Section 325 I.P.C. the applicant is acquitted of that offence under Section 325 I.P.C. in view of the compromise filed by the parties. 3. The revision is disposed of accordingly.
