JUDGMENT : Kuldip Singh, J. 1. Pending final order by this court as to whether the decision in Pradeep Jain's case under which 25% and 15% reservations were made for Post Graduate and M.B.B.S. Courses respectively for All India Selection would extend to the Medical Colleges located within the Jammu & Kashmir State. The eight students who had been permitted by this Court to take the entrance examination of 1991 may have their result published. The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
