JUDGMENT : 1. Leave granted in both the Special Leave Petitions. In view of the judgment we have just delivered in Civil Appeal arising out of Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 1095 of 1991 entitled Bhatinda Improvement Trust v. Balwant Singh and others, these appeals are also dismissed with no order as to costs.
