JUDGMENT : 1. Leave granted. 2. We have heard counsel on both sides and we are satisfied that the High Court has grievously erred in granting bail to Accused No. 1. The circumstances both medical and other matters relied upon by the High Court in our opinion are not sufficient warranting interference by the High Court in granting bail in such a serious case. The appeals are allowed. The order of the High Court granting bail to Accused No. 1 is set aside. He is directed to surrender before the competent court forthwith.
