JUDGMENT : 1. This application seeks review of the judgment of the Constitution Bench dated December 22, 1989 in a Group of Writ Petitions including Writ Petitions No.268 of 1989 by the Petitioner upholding the Constitutional validity of the Bhopal Gas Leak Disaster (Processing of Claims) Act, 1985. The disposal was delayed in view of the order made on 10th April, 1990 that the Review Petition should be circulated after the disposal of the Bhopal Gas Leak Disaster matters by the Constitution Bench. The Review Petition along with the Writ Petitions relating to Bhopal Gas Leak Disaster have in the meantime disposed of on 3rd October, 1991 by which judgment the Review and the Writ Petitions have been dismissed. 2. We have considered the grounds taken the Review Petitions but are not satisfied that any tenable ground has been made out. The Review Petitions are accordingly dismissed.
