Ms. Sunanda Bhandare, J. ( 1 ) THE question involved in the writ petitionis very short and can be disposed of at show cause stage. We, therefore, directthat the writ petition be listed for final hearing on 9/01/1992 as lastitem in after Notice Miscellaneous Matters. ( 2 ) BY order dated 25. 4. 1989 this Court had granted ex-pane stay ofthe Award. However, in view of Section 17-B, we are of the view that therespondent-workman should be allowed to work as Daily Wager with thepetitioner till the disposal of the writ petition. The respondent-workman willreport for duty on 20/12/1991. The order dated 25. 4. 1989 is modified to that extent.
