JUDGMENT : 1. This public interest litigation is in relation to the user of the Boat Club and exercise of appropriate regulatory control on its use. We had heard counsel for the parties and reserved orders on 23rd August, 1991. On looking into the papers and the statements and counter - statements in the respective affidavits, we are of the view that the matter should be further heard before any final view in it can be taken. We accordingly direct that the matter be listed again for further hearing before a Bench where Kuldip Singh, J. is a member.
