JUDGMENT 1. - Diary has not been produced despite the fact that sufficient opportunity has been granted to the P.P.. Learned judge, before the bail was listed earlier, had by speaking order given the purpose for calling for the diary. Learned counsel for the petitioner has shown the certified copy of the information and the recovery memo. The recovery has been effected after four months of the occurrence. In this view of the matter, I am inclined to grant bail. 2. It is, therefore, directed that accused-petitioner Mohan Lal Bairwa shall be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 5,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court with stipulation to appear before that court as and when required to do so during the pendency of the trial against him in this case.Bail granted. *******
