JUDGMENT : 1. It is pointed out by Mr. Bhandarc, the learned counsel for the Petitioners/Appellants that in our order dated November, 12, 1991 disposing of Civil Appeal No.4516/91 we specifically mentioned the Speaker's order dated the 23rd July, 1990 only as being quashed, although in view of the conclusions the later order of the 24th of July, 1990 also stood set aside. 2. Mr. Bhattacharya, the learned counsel for the respondent No.13, first made a prayer for adjournment which was refused as we had earlier indicated that the matter would be taken up today for finally disposing it off and any party interested in opposing the Petitioners' prayer should get ready in time. Mr. Bhattacharya, then, opposed the Petitioners' prayer for suitabily clarifying our order, but could not advance any acceptable reason. We have considered the matter and we agree with Mr. Bhandare that since we have set aside the Speaker's action disqualifying the 7 Members of the Legislative Assembly, the Order dated 24th July, 1990 also stood quashed. We make this clarification in express terms so that there may not be any ambiguity left. I.A.No.6 of 1991 is accordingly disposed of.
