JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the papers filed along with the application. 2. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the application of Satya Narain under section 438, Cr. P.C. is allowed. The Station House Officer, Police Station, Nawa is directed that in the event of arrest of petitioner in FIR 17/90 of that Police Station, he shall be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 3000/- (Three Thousand) with one Surety in the like amount to remain present during the course of investigation, enquiry and trial whenever and wherever called upon to do so and not to make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any Police Officer.Bail granted. *******
