JUDGMENT 1. - I am of the opinion that this case need not be kept pending any longer as a short controversy is involved in this case and is as to whether the petitioner is entitled for admission to B.Ed. in Bajrang Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidhyalaya, Deeg, District Bharatpur. While admitting this writ petition, notice of this writ petition were issued and the petitioners were allowed provisional admission in B.Ed. course in Shri Bajrang Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidhyalaya, Deeg. 2. There is no dispute that each of the petitioner submitted his application form for admission to B.Ed. course, appeared in Pre-Teachers Education Test (P.T.E.T.) examination, 1990 conducted by the Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, Udaipur, non-petitioner No. 2 on behalf of University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, non- petitioner No. 1. It will appear from the list which has been made available by Shrill. Jain learned counsel for the Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, Udaipur that in the list of candidates who were given admission in Shri Bajrang Shikshak Prashikshak Mahavidhayalaya, the names of all the petitioners are also included in the list in order,of their merit. Thus, there is no dispute that each of the petitioner is entitled for admission to B.Ed. course in Bajrang Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidhyalaya Deeg, District Bharatpur. As said earlier, each of the petitioner was provisionally given admission by the course. 3. Consequently, I hereby allow this writ petition and direct that each of the petitioner numbering 11, is entitled for admission to B.Ed. course in Shri Bajrang Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidhyalaya, Deeg, Bharatpur. The admission which was provisional is made final. Costs made easy.Petition allowed. *******
