JUDGMENT 1. - Heard. Perused the relevant record. The accused petitioner Sultan Ram is facing trial in the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Churu for the offences punishable under sections 324, 325, 302 read with 149 I.P.C. He is a ex Army man and as per his certificate of discharge from service, it appears that he was discharged on account of ailment of chronic Duodanal Ulcer. On his application dated 18-9-1991 before the Sessions Judge, Churu, the petitioner was directed to get himself examined in Shri Ded Raj Bhartia Hospital, Churu and thereafter in the Jail Hospital where he was treated for the ailment of Peptic ulcer. 2. In the discharge certificate dated 18-1-92 it has been mentioned that facilities of Barium meal and Gastroscopy are not available in Bhartia hospital and as such petitioner Sultan Ram be sent to an institution where such facilities are available. 3. Keeping in view these facts & circumstances of this case and the precarious condition of the petitioner, I accept this petition and grant him parole for a period of two months only so that he may get himself treated in some hospital or medical institute, provided he executes his personal bond for an amount of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand only) & furnishes two sound & substantial sureties for an amount of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Churu for his appearance on each and every date of hearing and whenever ordered to do so. A copy of this order be also sent to Jailor District Jail, Churu and Superintendent of Police, Churu. The period of two months shall be counted from the date of release of accused petitioner Sultan Ram on parole.Parole granted. *******
