JUDGMENT 1. - Heard. Perused the case diary at lengh. 1. Mr. Singhal has produced before the Court the original receipt regarding his alleged purchased of the car in question by the complainant Vijay Kumar from accused petitioner Mahendra Singh. 2. Mr. Bhagwati Prasad has strenously contended that this is a forged receipt and requested that the I.O. be directed to go the same examined by a hand writing expert. 3. The complainant, Vijay Kumar, who is present in the Court agrees to this preposition. 4. Accordingly, the original receipt was handed over to the Public Prosecutor with the direction that he will send the same to the I.0., who get the specimen signatures of the accused petitioner it presence of the Magistrate concerned and get it examined from same hand writing expert. 5. Keeping in view all the facts & circumstances of this case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail application to the accused petitioner.I, therefore, reject this bail application. Petition dismissed. *******
