JUDGMENT 1. - The petitioner was an arms clerk in 1982. In this case the investigation is going on for last more than two years. The alleged offence Was committed way back in 1981-82 for which the FIR was lodged on 2-12-89. Mr. Gaffar has submitted that the investigation is complete. The petitioner is not required for the purposes of investigation. 2. In the facts and circumstances of this case, I am inclined to accept this bail application of the petitioner under section 438, Cr.P.C. 3. It is, therefore ordered that the petitioner Sumati Prakash Patni S/o Shri Amolak Chand Patniif sought to be arrested by the SHO/Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer Police Station, Kotri, Distt., Bhilwara registered at that Police Station for offences u/s 420, 467, 468 IPC subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000 (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of Rs. 5,000 (Five Thousand) each to the satisfaction of the SHO of the said Police Station, be released on bail, on the following conditions. (a) that the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; (b) that the petitioner shall no directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case, so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court, or any police officer; (c) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court. *******
