PALOK BASU, J. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has initiated proceedings under Section 133, Cr. P. C. but in spite of three years having elapsed the proceedings are not going on. 2. It will be open to the petitioner to approach the Magistrate with an application alongwith a certified copy of this order for expeditious disposal of the matter if pending under Section 133, Cr. P. C. 3. With the aforesaid directions this petition is dismissed summarily. 4. A certified copy of this order may be given to the learned counsel for the petitioner on payment of usual charges within three days for filing it before the Magistrate concerned for compliance. Petition allowed. .
