Order Heard Mr. R.K. Prasad, the learned counsel for the petitioner. He says that the petitioner is ready to pay all the amounts which may be found due against him. But considering the fact that the petitioner is an old man aged about 70 years and is suffering from paralysis, the certificate officer should calculate the actual amount payable by the petitioner and keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, fix reasonable instalments so that the petitioner may be able to pay the lawfully payable dues. 2. Accordingly, it is directed that if an application to the above effect is filed before the Certificate Officer, within three weeks from today, then the same should be considered and disposed of in accordance with law. 3. Till his application is not disposed of, the warrant of arrest will not be executed against the petitioner. 4. This application is, accordingly, disposed of.
