JUDGMENT 1. - Heard. Perused the case diary at length. Deceased Smt. Durga in her dying declaration dated 21-1-1992, recorded by the Munsif & Judicial Magistrate, Ratangarh, immediately after the occurrence, has specifically stated that she had committed suicide by sprinkling kerosene oil on her body and she has stated that her father-in-law, mother- in-law and the husband did not allow her to go out of the house and did not permit her to continue her studies. Thus, she has not stated any thing that she was being cruely treated by the petitioners and that they had demanded any dowry. Complainant Trilokchand, the father of the deceased, was one of the Motbirs of the inquest report drawn by the police under section 171, Cr. PC and at that time also no allegations against the petitioners as have been later incorporated in the complaint dated 31-1-92, were levelled against them. 2. Keeping in view the prosecution law laid down in Bhanwarlal & Ors. v. State of Raj., 1989 Cr. L.R. (Raj.) 324 and all the relevant facts & circumstances of this case, I feel inclined to accept this anticipatory bail application. I, therefore, order that in the event of accused petitioners, Sanwarmal, Smt. Mohni and Vinod Kumar in FIR Case No. 14/92, Police Station, Ratangarh, they shall he released on anticipatory bail provided each one of them executes his/her personal bond for an amount of Rs. 10,000/-(Rs. ten thousand) and furnishes two sound & substantial sureties for an amount of Rs. 5000/- (Rs. five thousand) each to the satisfaction of the said S.H.O./I.O/AO. for their personal appearance before him or before the Court on every date of hearing, on the following conditions: (i) that the petitioner (s) shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; (ii) that the petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of this case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer. Bail granted. *******
