P. N. S. CHOUHAN, J. ( 1 ) THE case against the applicant is under section 306, I. P. C. His wife Chandabai after about 13 years of marriage committed suicide on 11/4/1992. Argued the learned counsel for the applicant that all the material in the charge-sheet hardly shows a prima facie case of abetment to commit suicide and all that it amounts to could be that applicant was not giving all the amount that the deceased required for her household and was not treating her well. He further states that it appears that the deceased was a mental ease. Taking a conspectus, prayer for bail is allowed. The applicant be released on bail of Rs. 10,000. 00 (Rupees ten thousand only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of CJM Sagar. C. C. on payment. Application allowed. .
