JUDGMENT 1. - Heard and perused the available relevant record, and challan papers, the petitioner is the father-in-law of deceased Smt. Leela who is alleged to have committed suicide by drowning herself in the well. There is no allegation for any demand of dowry on the part of the petitioner or committing cruelty towards her.Keeping in view all the relevant facts and circumstances of this case, I feel inclined to enlarge the accused-petitioner (s) on bail. 2. I, therefore, accept this bail application and order that petitioners) Lakharam shall be released on bail provided he execute his personal bond fora sum of Rs. 5000/- (Rs. Five thousand) and furnishes one sound and substantial surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Sojat with the stipulation to appear before that court on each and every date of hearing and whenever ordered to do so till the completion of the trial.Bail granted. *******
