JUDGMENT : 1. We direct issue of notice to respondents: State of Tamil Nadu-Respondent No.1, Commissioner of Police, Madras, Respondent No.3, Secretary, Tat-nil Nadu Legislative Assembly- Respondent No.4. There will be an interim order of stay of the notice dated 10th April, 1992 from the Speaker of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly as well as the warrant issued for the arrest and production of the petitioner, until further orders. Reasoned order to follow. 2. Dasti service, in addition to usual mode of service is permitted. Operative portion of the order be communicated telegraphically at petitioner's cost.
