( 3 ) THE only evidence against the applicant appears to be the statement of Gopichand, who divulged after three months of the murder, the fact that this applicant had confessed his guilt before him. There being no explanation for his failure to have passed on this information to authorities soonafter it was made to him. The applicant is entitled to bail. ( 4 ) THE applicant is ordered to be released on bail of Rs. 10,000. 00 (Rs. Ten thousand only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of C. J. M, Chhatarpur, for his appearance before the trial Court on all dates of hearing of the case till its decision. C. C. on payment. Application allowed. .
