JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the accused petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor for the State and also perused the statement of Amba Lal, in the court, along with the post-mortem report. In the opinion of Doctor the death of deceased is due to head injury which has been caused by Devi Lal. 2. Considering the facts & circumstances of this case, I am inclined to grant the bail to Tulsi Ram. Hence it is ordered that Tulsi Ram be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 40,000/- with two sureties of Rs. 20,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Chittorgarh to appear before him on the next date of hearing and as and when called upon to do so. Hence the bail application of Tulsi Ram is allowed.Bail granted. *******
