JUDGMENT Bhairo Prasad, Member. - This reference has been made under Section 333-A of U.P. Act No. 1 of 1951 by the Additional Commissioner, Agra Division, Agra vide his recommendation dated 3.10.1985. 2. The learned Additional Commissioner fixed the date for the parties to appear in this Court on 29.11.1985. No one has appeared since then. Perused the record. 3. The Tehsildar/Assistant Collector, Mainpuri had passed order on 27.12.1983 under Section 122-B of U.P. Act No. 1 of 1951. The recommendation of the Additional Commissioner is that the revisionist has been ordered to be rejected from plots No. 2719, 2725 and 2727 which are recorded as bhumidhari plots, therefore the orders of the Tehsildar is beyond jurisdiction. Hence the reommendations is accepted and the order of the trial cour is set aside and the trial court is directed to decided the proceeding afresh in accordance with the observations made by the learned Additional Commissioner.
