JUDGMENT : 1. Taken on board. 2. Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice. To come up for admission on 17th September, 1992, preferably before a Bench presided over by Hon'ble Pandian J. 3. In the meantime, it is directed that the impugned judgment of the High Court shall not be utilised before any Cantonal Court or Authority for the purpose of obtaining release of any bank account which has been frozen or for the return or release of any information or documents till the S.L.Ps. are disposed of or till further orders. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent states that respondent will not make any application for the release of any documents in his favour till further orders on the basis of the impugned judgment.
